Fast paced, energetic and motivating if you fit in with the culture. Salaries are good and bonusses are great.
Cons
High-pressure environment where you are expected to do a lot with very little. The company culture is extremely prevalent and people who do not fit in will not make it far. Very weak on D&I. Work-life balance can be tough to manage.
