The concepts and intentions are excellant - performance based results. - Everyone having ability to contribute and advance based on their abilities.
Cons
Reality - Self concern creates a very political and self serving environment -Performance is "borrowed" from others and kept tight to achieve requirement of performance in an otherwise cut throat environment.
