Pros
The company's benefits are really good, the people are really competent and have sense of ownership. As you climb the career ladder the bonuses get better and better.
Cons
Salaries are not compatible with the market when you consider the Technological field. You'll find many people with different positions and different salaries doing the same thing (what is really bad if you are receiving so much less to do the same job). The culture is collaboration, long-term vision and active listening but you don't see the majority of leaders behaving this way.
