Pros
An MVP (market’s visionaires program) is a great quick start for your carrer. It is indeed a fast track learning experience and it allows you to grow both personally and professionally.
Cons
The program in France was lacking mentoring and training for the MVPs. At least it was like that in 2016. I felt left alone and unaccompanied while my colleagues in the UK and Spain had way more mentoring and training than us. It was really frustrating to see how our targets were slipping through our hand because the sectors we were sent to (at least mine) were left unattended for long and had terrible positioning.
