Reputation precedes them. Large impact with exposure to multiple verticals. Lean team that handles a massive scope. Easy to get management and leadership experience from the beginning
Cons
Sink or swim environment. It’s not for the faint of heart, will have to work very hard to reap the benefit. Cost-minded management that will make the most with minimum needed resources. Not a diverse leadership team that makes majority of decisions
