Pros
Don't join, Very worst management, at the time joining will give high salary and no increment. Name sake they will hire and tell the employee to quit the job whenever they don't like you. No good reason to join in that company, at the time of joing they give high salary and recruit for name sake and when don't like they will tell employee to quit the job without any reason.
Cons
Tooo much of politics and they will give importance to only north Indians .
