Good pay and great environment to work in.

Can get very busy at times.

will hire new people at higher rate than senior employees and don't expect a raise ever. you will almost never be told your doing well and will only be told if you screw up. owners will not take criticism and will fire/ threaten to fire you over small matters (ex: was put on a shift I never work and had already made plans for that day months in advance. I was told that if it would be an issue, that I could just not work there anymore.)
