Pros
Heartwarming success at rescuing and placing adoptable animals, and the nearly no-kill policy allowing as long as it takes to find a forever home for difficult to place animals, usually older cats.
Cons
Hiring inexperienced to the point of unqualified management. Very poor opportunity for advancing from within. Upper management pay on the very high end given the scale of the organization. Split shifts and no benefits for part time, poorly paid animal care staff. Stated company values are not acted on. For example treating animals and other employees with kindness and respect, particularly people below upper management. The standard complaint against this type of organization applies, that they choose the most adoptable animals from public shelters. This calls into question whether the animals, especially the dogs, would have found their forever homes anyway without the organization's help.
