      Layoffs but I can't fault the management with how bad the industry got in the last few years

      Pros

      Animalz has some of the best clients in software There are super smart, kind, and savvy people here Some great marketing though and discussion happens within the org Work can be flexible as long as you are a high performer

      Cons

      Animalz is doing some work to realign itself with the market of today There's been some scar tissue from the 2023 layoffs, but the company is in a position of strength now
