very nice and highly prepared colleagues make it a great place to get started in your career in animation and grow professionally

the boss. he makes it a very stressful experience. can't make up his mind about what he wants from his collaborators. leaves them without tasks nor letting them take any initiative, but always ready to make them feel guilty for the production delays.
