Pros
on a serious note there are no pros of working over here. in my duration i haven't even saw one.
Cons
There are uncountable cons of working over here. (1) No healthy competition , no healthy work environment. (2) The bosses are very bad and act like corporate dons. (3) They have very risky business of Gps tracking which involves even the kingpins and dons ..dont ever get here...you can even risk your life for it..no use of putting your life at stake for a meagre amount. (4) No new training is imparted on joining. Even if given ..feels like getting a training from bunch of school kids. (5) Politics is prevalent ...this will come from the management only..actually frankly speaking..there in nothing as management over here...the owner some (Amit ashok) he is the sole source of the politics .. advice to him is...better concentrate on your client engagement then doing politics with some more idiots. (6) There is one more idiot that comes from another company and works as a freelancer..he thinks of himself as a management guru...but never get engaged in his useless and baseless claims. he himself breaks his company laws. (7) Hygeine maintanence is very bad. Only one washroom for everyone which always deals with water scarcity...very bad working environment for girls...one advice..never ever go on business trips to client site ...you will have a very bad experience of a lifetime. (8) You will get demotivated again and again... (9) No appraisals. The company is dealing with huge financial losses and hence they have started cutting on even basic nessicities..whenever there is yearly appraisal ...the owner will start crying crocodile tears in front of you from the beginning of the year... and then whatever work you do round the year will be of no use.. because he will have only one word to say always "Where is your productivity...innovation??"-- i think this is the only english that he knows... (10) dont fall into his trap... as this will only spoil your career ahead....and will spoil your profile as welll..dont go for it.. (11) he is not upfront and firm with his clients and that is the reason his entire team has suffered/will continue to suffer. (12) all the 3 bosses are idiots running and idiot factory. (13) he has made his company a fish market sort of... his whole family comes and makes it a hell of a place to work. (14) No professionalism at alll.. you will feel like you working in a circus. (15) Nothing to learn...here.. only demotivation is what you will get in return from here..... basically Aniruddha telemetry systems is a very bad company to work with...dont get over here and spoil your career ahead.... (16) All the good people have left the company and chasing their dreams... and some of them who just want to warm up their chairs are still here ..talking about some senior people not the junior ones... (17) This an advice that m sharing on my behalf..have been there seen that..dont want anyone else to get stuck and spoil their career.
