      Fantastic hiring process! The communication and on-board experience is one of the best I have experienced and they made sure i was 100% set day one, even though I am remote. So far its been a great experience, good, intelligent people and leadership.

      Pros

      - Can pretty much make my own hours (under my manager) - Work from home is great if that's your preference. Also have the ability to work from the home office - Leadership keeps us informed - Good culture and team. - I actually feel like my work matters

      Cons

      - Can have some crunch times where you work extra hours. But it is not constant. - Can have some communication fails between teams that causes confusion sometimes. But it's nothing terrible.
