Very poor management team. To many middle management, yet they wonder why they are in debt. The chain of command is tooo long. They expanded way to fast and are now in debt, now closing 21 programs across California. Very few benefits. They are not open to providing additional benefits such as a better health plan selection, or providing for part time employees. Now they have stopped their 401k plans for all employees. There are no direct deposits. People have been asked to hold their paychecks on multiple occasions due to no funding. They do not care about the individual employee or their needs and concerns. Employees are being bullied and management doesn't remedy the situation. Highest ranks notified, no solutions.
