I would avoid working here at all cost, it is one of the worst places to work in for the following reasons: - All negative and realistic comments get erased from here. -Toxic environment ( no help from HR if you need them) - You don't get paid enough for the amount of pressure you get. - Targets are unachievable and when you do hit your target, they increase your targets last minute. - High turnover of staff and redundancy. - Founders and Management do not care about the staff livelihood, pushing people to have burnouts. -No clear company vision. -Managers have no empathy to personal circumstances.
