Family like round the clock work in a professional filed with no overtime pay with overtime work.
Cons
Workspace is crowded with folk shouting all around you. Concentrating on work is impossible. Colleagues try to dominate new members authoritatively because of close connection with the partner. Firm withholds money and doesn't comply with their own paying agreement. Racist and sexist comments are given by the senior members of the company.
