Great people & culture, dog friendly, they champion diversity, there's room to grow, good cultural event programming, excellent HR, great work.
Cons
Can be a sink or swim environment, very hustle culture, still feels like it's growing out of its 'boys club' mentality at times. Easy to get lost. May not feel like a personality fit for some. Work/life balance can be challenging.
