Pros
Jamestown has good benefits, cell phone and gym reimbursement, and a nice office. You learn a lot and wear many hats. The company is moving to Ponce City Market which will be an exciting new place.
Cons
No team environment, sink or swim mentality, little communication, micromanage, lots of extra hours, promotion with no compensation, ever changing policies, favoritism. Low morale.
