Pros
If you like working for children with Autism, then this where you want to be. They give you the tools in training that you need to work with the children. They provide program managers and behavioral analyst to come out to the homes and do your trainings on the programs. Most of the trainers are really good.
Cons
Make sure you get what they hire you for. When I went through training, they mentioned the new structure they are following, but never told me specifically I had to start at the bottom and work my way up. I was hired with the promise of making money and working better hours. I am making less money ad only working part-time because they cant provide clients for me, and never told me this up front.
