Free lunch provided one day a week which is to keep you in the building so that you work longer hours
Cons
This company is built on exploitation. It expects people to work 10 hours a day as a minimum. The Founders and HR seem to think that they are doing the Employees a favour by employing them instead of appreciating their great workers. It is an awful place to work and everyone hates it but are too scared to complain.
