Pros

Managers are good only if they are foreigners.

Cons

The organization has been completely hollowed out by a leadership team (shoutout to Anil Goel and the Byju's influx) that values loyalty over competence. Since the new leadership arrived, it’s become a "friends and family" club. Key management and HRBP roles aren't earned; they are handed out to people from their previous company. The strategy is clear: manufacture reasons to fire legacy employees and replace them with "the inner circle." If you aren't part of the old-boys' network, you are an outsider from day one. Hiring Bias: Punjab University or Bust Diversity and merit are dead here. Hiring for freshers and interns is blatantly biased toward one specific university in Punjab, completely ignoring top-tier talent from other well-known colleges. It’s not about what you know; it’s about where you went to school or who you know in the "inner circle." Structural Chaos & Job Insecurity Restructuring happens so often it feels like management is just playing Musical Chairs with people's careers. Stability is non-existent. The frequent shifts in reporting structures are designed to keep people off-balance and hide the lack of a real business strategy. The "In-Group" Protection During layoffs and performance reviews, the "core group" is untouchable. If you aren't part of the leadership's preferred clique, your head is always on the chopping block. Performance metrics are a joke—they are used as a weapon to push out anyone who doesn't fit the "culture" (which is actually just a synonym for "cronyism").

Pros

Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

Cons

Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
