      Pros

      The local Sydney team changed significantly in the past 4 months for the better and is a great company to work for now. Everyone has a positive attitude and teamwork is really starting to grow. Similar to back in 2018-2019

      Cons

      The office is always nearly full so desks need to be booked early.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
