      I have been working as SDE2 from past 1yr

      Cons

      Worst cultural after new leadership has joined (DOE) There is no weekends no calendar holidays they will force you to work on those days,Sir we are paid for 5 days we all are stretching from past 4 month to meet there expectations coz they don’t have sense to give ETA And we are the suffers. In name of appraisal you will get nothing on your plate These guys will call you at late night and ask you to work

      Good pay and benefits. 401k match is very good.

      Cons

      Micro Managment. Call volume is high. There is no autonomy. They watch you like you are children. The only thing that matters is numbers. When you complain about equipment that does not work or other departments that do not take ownership, management does not listen. Get use to filling out Gallup polls every couple of months
