Well established candidate and client base so you already have a head start. Not the usual aggressive sales floor, no pushiness from management. People are encouraged to take ownership and help grow the business. No office politics, diverse people and everyone really does get along. Not your typical Recruiters. Your Team Leader is your manager first and foremost but also a friend. They actively encourage you to progress within the company. Your opinion is valid the moment you start.
Cons
Long hours but nothing compared to every other Recruitment agency out there. Staying late is appreciated rather than expected but ultimately it is for your own benefit. It will take a lot of work to start reaping the rewards. Don’t expect to be rolling in cash in 6 months.
