- quite monotonous work - they use terrible, slow software and its very frustrating to work with it - bad work conditions (like f.e. using a laptop instead of pc) - one of responsibilities was making coffee (and they require a higher education's degree for this position) - low salaries - sometimes the atmosphere there can be really toxic due to gossips - during the job interview I was told my salary would increase after the trial period. after the trial period, just before signing the next contract, they told me this """increase""" is paid as a bonus (the basis of pay remains the same)
