- Great work life balance- if you have family - Managers are very supportive - Team is super kind and just awesome people - grateful to have worked with such amazing good people - Great perks [bonuses, end of year 1 week off, tech benefit, referral bonuses, etc] -Minority women inclusive - Support clubs with different interested within the company -Provides updates on the company financial frequently

Suggestion: Try attracting general consumer or Pharma clients to diversify the client folder and not depend only on tech.
