Pros

OT is always available, there is a lot of training and support, and you can almost always get the time off you need. There is also flexibility in scheduling. They worked pretty well with mine

Cons

Turn over rate is high, callers can be rude but that's to be expected in this environment. A lot of them are from NY so it kind of just comes with the territory

Pros

The managers work around your schedule. The majority of the persons employed are students, so the company takes that into consideration.

Cons

You may have to work every weekend.

Pros

Decent pay and a Simple job.

Cons

Minimal training. Provided only a 30 minute lunch break without any other breaks. Unprofessional staff, they allowed their staff to swear and scream at clients over the phone without any repercussions. The manager of also made a very lewd comment in regards to my appearance that made me feel very uncomfortable. Outdated computer software, they keyboards and software have not been updated in several years and is not user friendly. Zero security while working alone until 11pm. After only working at their location in Albany for a month I started receiving gifts and love notes/cards from strangers left on my vehicle and due to the fact that there are no cameras or lights they were unable to provide any type of security for me or protection.
