Pros

Remote work, meaningful mission, and some excellent coworkers. Immediate supervisors may be very supportive depending on who you have.

Cons

Frontline clinicians are expected to compensate for underbuilt systems. There is too much manual tracking, inconsistent processes, and lots of workaround behavior. Leadership culture leans heavily toward utilization/productivity metrics, and your level of experience is not reflected in pay.
