Pros
The Ant Farm has a decent reputation in entertainment advertising, though it seems to be fading recently as a result of poor management trickling down to all aspects of the company. The office has a great location, right in the middle of the Grove and Farmer's Market. The benefits are good. The pay is ok, though the gap between upper level management pay and everyone else is astronomical.
Cons
Upper management seems completely out of touch. They regularly cut employees in the double digits, and then a few months later, go on a hiring spree, and then another firing spree, and so on. There is very little (as in no) loyalty to employees, and as a result, little employee loyalty to the company. The high stress environment of consant corporate cutbacks results in a complete lack of teamwork and togerthness. People are inclined to act selfishly for fear of losing their job, whether this means stealing clients from a colleague or purposefully miscommunicating.
