Pros

Great opportunities to be engrossed in projects for high-profile media franchises (Call of Duty, Paramount Pictures, etc.), even as a lower-level employee. Talented staff. Casual dress and atmosphere (dogs can come to work).

Cons

Management is very short-sighted in their decision making, with constant layoffs and hiring sprees that leave employees jarred and with very low morale. Employees who have worked hard for years are laid off without warning. Management pay is massive compared to regular staff; unfortunately it is the lower-level staff who does most of the work. Lower-level temp assistants have been hired as cheap replacements for positions formerly occupied by producers with years of experience, and are often left in charge of massive projects for high-profile clients. Other costs are out of control (like office rent for a mostly empty building), and no one seems to want to do anything about them. High level producers often manage projects in a very ineffective manner, saddling clients with unnecessary and massive overtime costs (leading to fewer and fewer repeat clients). Employees are forced to work long hours with no advance warning, and with no compensation for it. Opportunities for advancement mean nothing when anyone can be laid off at any time; there is no reward for loyalty and dedication to the company. Employees are constantly stressed about losing their jobs.
