Pros

- A great way to get hands on experience in the industry. You will be given a lot of responsibility with high-end clients. - If you're in the right department, you'll have great coworkers. - Laid back atmosphere and lots of talented artists. - If you're good enough and have little need for a social life, you can climb the ladder relatively fast compared to other places.

Cons

- Like many agencies, they will work you to the bone without a second thought. Very long hours on a consistent basis. - You need to watch your back. You can work your tail off for them, but you'll get thrown under the bus in an instant so they can please the clients with the deep pockets. - It is almost impossible to have a work/life balance. - Some of the producers are flat out terrible at their jobs, and you end up paying for it. - Poor pay for some of the people who work the hardest (Assistants, Coordinators, etc)
