Pros
Benefits are decent and some office snacks. A lot of people do get promoted, but in general they have to be kowtowing to management.
Cons
Most of the employees don't contribute. There are only a handful of employees who perform and they carry the rest of the company. The company is very small (<30), therefore that placed a large amount of strain on the ones who do the work. Employees can be drunk or sleep during the workday and management turns a blind eye and never remedies the issues which have lasted for multiple years. Many bad business and product decisions and a large portion of senior management have abandoned ship. The company does not appear stable long term. Paul Wotton has been succeeded as CEO by two other CEOs since June 2014.
