Cons

Hideous leadership focus and management style. The inter-office backstabbing and passive-aggressive behavior is legendary. Whoever lies first wins the argument, especially if they lie to HR.

Pros

Very organized and well run company. CEO and all leadership team were great leaders and experts in their assigned role. Company was pretty perfect.

Cons

I would have liked more personal development with some roles, for example when a head of HR role opened up, I felt like they should have promoted the person that was already there versus going outside to hire for the role.
