Very organized and well run company. CEO and all leadership team were great leaders and experts in their assigned role. Company was pretty perfect.

I would have liked more personal development with some roles, for example when a head of HR role opened up, I felt like they should have promoted the person that was already there versus going outside to hire for the role.

Snr Management are not approachable and engaging.
