      Pros

      The people down in the trenches, the clients and the staff in MN

      Cons

      Management is a joke, it's a good old boy culture and if you aren't part of it forget it! Leadership Team is more worried about where their next meeting is gonna be and the lavish meals that are provided. If the Company put new blood in the Leadership and was open to new ideas the company could prosper.
