Pros

Decent pay for Customer Service, benefits for full time, 2 10-minute breaks, 30 minute lunch

Cons

They literally watch you're every move. Want to go to the bathroom, they know. Not answering calls, they know (they'll even push calls to you when you're not ready). You're in a call center, answering calls all day for 8 hours and they have your break schedule programmed for you. It's all corporate. Your calls are graded each month, as well as your percentage of being ready for calls. If you go over break time, it hinders you as well. Literally you're just always being watched and calls are always being listened to. People are constantly being told there's upward mobility soon and then they never see it.

Good work environment with opportunity for growth if you pursue it.

Cons

Pay is low, but expected in an entry level role, and benefits are good which make up for it.
