Pros

- Many exciting things happening in the recent years - new opportunities, growing teams, changes to set up for long-term growth - truly energizing to be in an environment like this! - Love the people - teams are collaborative, motivated, and passionate about the industry - Also great to be a part of the broader Mars organization

Cons

- Benefits can be better but the company has been making improvements every year and seems to be on an upward trend - Many new projects means teams are a bit stretched but at the same time the new talent and capabilities are coming in to set the foundation for a good future
