Pros
Great company to work for and the benefits are good. Company has increased what they pay into health insurance to keep from increasing the cost to their employee. They have increased their match to the 401k for the past several years. They have really good pet discounts. I have been with the company for 14 years and have enjoyed working here and have worked with some really nice people. A supervisor that is always available to help her employees.
Cons
No room for advancement in a STAT lab and the only way to advance is transfer to a larger lab. There are no bonuses or recognition for a job well done and pay raises could be more.
