      Pros

      - Very friendly and supportive team - Everyone very helpful and always offering to assist if needed - You can feel the passion about Antech and it's place in the Mars group - You are trusted and not micromanaged - Benefits package for the UK is good 25 days holiday + your birthday, 4x life assurance etc - Allow remote working (if applicable) and encourage healthy work life balance - Regular catch up calls to chat, discuss and not necessarily talk about work, helps build rapport and keep the team focused and happy

      Cons

      Pension is basic, not enhanced. However this I believe is being changed in 2024.

      Pros

      Flexible time off (unlimited PTO) and schedule for field reps, put in the work and have great work life balance. Long days can happen, long weekend events can happen, but they aren't all the time and the work isn't difficult, just be structured and personable and you'll do great.

      Cons

      Comp plans can change frequently and with new product launches, you are always doing something different so don't settle in too much to the way "things were". Be open to change and adopt quickly or you'll be left behind.

      Advised as needed by supervisors and higher level technicians Free food every now and then Leniency on mistakes

      Cons

      Not too much growth opportunities Pay is set by HR/cannot be influenced much by evaluation from management Some team members lack good communication which ruins flow of things
