Pros
- Some of the employee's are the only reason why I believe people stick or stuck it out as long as they have since the new CEO. - Beautiful modern office designed while under the 'ole media management' brand. The god awful rebrand makes the office look like a daycare center with the finger painting job of purple and blue throughout the office. - Opportunity to work with the worlds greatest guitar artist Jose Feliciano.
Cons
- CEO (Helen Murphy) looks out for herself and only herself. If you try to have a voice or opinion in any facet you will be screamed at and likely fired. Her claim to fame is empowering women when all she did was cut each and every woman down and gaslight the crap out of them. - Zero accountability and finger pointing culture. No one will admit when they are wrong and will likely throw you under the bus for personal gain. - C-Level executives line their own pockets while offering little to no bonus for the working employee that is demanded to work 24/7. - Anthem Entertainment is ashamed to be called a Canadian company and embrace their Canadian roots. If Helen Murphy had it her way this company would be strictly operating out of the US (primarily NY). - Major imposter syndrome - Terrible reputation in the industry Run... don't walk... run away from this company. And no... the benefits plan does not cover any therapy for the countless hours and money you will need to spend while being employed there.
