      Pros

      If you get a good territory you can make decent money but the work is extremely dirty and hot.

      Cons

      Dirty work, imagine going into a small attic in 100 degree temperatures. Imagine crawling under a house with a toilet leak. Happens every week. Was promised a company car, then the "rules" changed. They constantly badger you to come up with leads. Marketing is something this company rarely does.

      Pros

      If you are a self motivated person this is the place to work. You get lots of freedom and have great benefits for you and your family.

      Cons

      No balance between work life and family life. Pay structure is terrible and it seems as though your a number in the company not a person. If you're not able to make the numbers they want then management let's you know that if things don't change you may not have a job. Very stressful environment to work in
