- The people: it feels like a family, everyone is very friendly and they're all really smart/experienced. - Unlimited vacation - Stock options - The company is small enough that it feels easy to make an impact.
Cons
No structured development for new grad hires. This is good if you are motivated and want to blaze your own trail; it may be tricky if you want to be told everything. Either way, the culture encourages curiosity (asking questions) and the company is filled with people who want to help you succeed.
