Pros
Amazing benefits. Excellent health insurance (three choices), Dental is the best I've ever had; it covers free cleanings a year, as well as other coverage. Vision is great. 401K match, profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, they will pay and send you to training if you request it. If training is out of town they will reimburse you for hotel, food, and mileage, if it is local you will get paid mileage to drive there. Paid holidays, paid vacation (everyone starts with 10 days paid time off). Salary positions can end up working over time, but they will work with you if you need to leave early or show up late for family, doctors visits, etc. Plant is kept pretty clean, and they have two health and safety officers.
Cons
Can work over regular shift if machines are down. HR department is slow, and not very helpful. Some people are not held accountable which can sometimes make your job more difficult.
