I enjoy working at this company. The best thing about this company is that they have a very competitive client profile. As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with fortune 500 companies. It is a great starting point if you are open to relocation. Antra offers relocation package which will help you move. The compensation is good for recent entry level with opportunity to raise after 2080 working hours.The training process gives you a insight about the industry. There is a bit of learning curve, but it definitely helps you in the long run. You have to be eager to learn more at all time. You have to go extra miles in learning to be successful on your challenging projects. The company has a very knowledgeable team to support their consultants. This is a good choice if you have programming background or project management experience.
Cons
The paycheck delays. It takes long for the company to process the paycheck. When I relocate to new projects, I have very tight budget for the first month.
