1) No holiday on saturday (Its half day till 2 PM but your seniors will stretched it till 4-5 PM) 2) Every month 1 meeting at orchid hotel with management. Timing is 7:30 AM to evening 7:00 PM and its compulsory meeting and this meeting is on paid basis amount will deduct from your salary. 3) Every monday meeting with TL at 8:00 AM for the name of review. 4) you have to achieve your target on the basis of cumulative to get insentive if you failed to achieve then they will compare your back log with salary and they will fire the member. 5) monthly fix meetings need to achieve if failed to achieve then deduction in salary. 6) no travelling allownaces. you need to manage it from your pocket. 7) salary date is 15th of every month. 8) Zero support from PR team they are mediator of bosses and your team 9) if you gave discount to client then discounted value will add in your target 10) you have to achieve your target as per their terms and conditions. if you failed then deduction from incentive.
