Pros
Generally nice co-workers, but there are some that see the only way to succeed is to undermine their colleagues. It's futile as only those who get close enough to the Snr team will ever get rewarded. Good annual leave, but the chance of using it and not being disturbed while away is almost impossible. No staff to cover those on leave (or who have left) so don't expect to finish at a reasonable time
Cons
The HR dept asks new and relatively new employees to complete a positive Glassdoor review to cover up for a large number of honest and poor reviews. Badly run from the top. They all seem to be in positions handed to them but without any experience or ability. It seems that the hope is with the ever-increasing number of new VPs, they may just find someone who is capable. Any sane one, however, leaves at the first opportunity. Nasty working environment, no bonus or any that is is not shared fairly. There is an outdated assumption to only reward 'the best' workers. Completely arbitrary as they only pick their favorites (see above) and it's supposed to incentivize staff to work harder. The fact that they don't see how hard everyone works is indicative of the way the company is run Management seems to be hanging on despite themselves and the investors will soon smell the coffee and see that it is a waste of their money. With a connectivity product that even their biggest client did not want to extend, shows how out of touch and out of solutions they are. Window dressing for clients, but with no internal support for anything, the wheels keep coming off.
