- CEO NEVER shows up or has directly contact with the people working there (Not even in yearly events). He has a right-hand person that shows up for him - Low salaries - Micromanaging in multiple departments - High management loves to talk and shows off about "future plans" that never arrive, That means NO clear vision for the future - Leads usually don't know how to lead or motivate - Toxic environment - Lack of communication - Management cuts off people pretty fast, mostly in leadership rolls whenever there is someone who wants to make an actual change - Career only possible if you are in the small CEO-High management circle. - Feedback is always asked but they don't do a thing to improve.
