Pros
Good benefits, strong leadership at the very top, and a solid reputation as an organization. Lots of opportunities to grow and develop your career.
Cons
Bureaucracy and red tape was a pest. Although a lot of the leaders at the top were great, some of the mid-senior management were well over their heads and were too embedded in the same old systems and processes to understand the complexities of engaging agents and marketing real estate nationally/worldwide in today's world.
