      They offered remote work, otherwise nothing good.

      Cons

      Toxic management. The incorrect belief that the people who speak the loudest are the smartest. Customer is last in consideration. Work their people to the bone without a care in the world.

      Pros

      I can recommend working for AnywhereNow and with the ANOW team to anybody. As with any company, there are things that good have been done better - but the culture to discuss was open and focussed on problem solving.

      Cons

      Too much distance between the European HQ and Operations in the US. Plus a knowledge gap related to "doing business" in the US.
