      Pros

      I can recommend working for AnywhereNow and with the ANOW team to anybody. As with any company, there are things that good have been done better - but the culture to discuss was open and focussed on problem solving.

      Cons

      Too much distance between the European HQ and Operations in the US. Plus a knowledge gap related to "doing business" in the US.

      International company. Decent software. Good base salary.

      Cons

      No training. A leader in US who isn’t a motivator. Demo environment often unusable and that is how you make $$$. Overall compensation plan.
