      Pros

      1. The top level management is top notch when it comes to future vision and very good at slicing through dumb politics to create real impact. 2. Decent compensation for entry level 3. Flexible work schedule. 4. Your ideas will be heard and processed as long as you are bold enough to cut the middle level managers and approach the chiefs directly.

      Cons

      1. Some politics do exist within middle level management. 2. The compensation will not be competitive enough compared to other product based companies when you go past entry level role. 3. Few teams have extreme work pressure environment having 60 hour week from time to time. Nobody forces the time though, but it is indirectly implied.

      This is an amazing company to work for, AnywhereWorks is understanding and flexible and it is amazing working from home every day! The team and managment are incredible and they go above and beyond your you!

      Pros

      A paycheck would be the only thing, and even then, the pay is extremely low for the work required.

      Cons

      They are currently mass firing employees and yet they aren't holding the people that have been actively ruining the department accountable. They added shift pick against people's best wishes and set up an awful system. Employees were consistently, and ILLEGALLY working a week straight and up to a month straight. The people in charge of this change knew. They knew for months. People complained for months. And they did nothing about it. But of course they keep their jobs. Yeah, must employees are obviously the issue.
